Music Artist of the Month

Hi Everyone!

Just a reminder, as part of the Teen’s Department we put together a program where we pick a musical artist every month. After we do so, we will be writing a letter to the artist of choice, and ask if they would be willing to sign a picture and send it to us, so we could hang it in the Teens room. Isn’t this a great idea? This month’s artist is Nicki Minaj. If you would like to participate and sign the letter, please see Miss Amelia or myself before we send it out next week.

In addition, there is a Teen Questionnaire now available within the Teen’s Room. Let us know what kind of programs you like to participate in, and what you’d like to see more of, for upcoming months. Remember, all your suggestions are greatly appreciated.

Today is Miss Barbara's last day! :(

We will all miss her, but she is off to start a new adventure at the Riverhead public library. If you come by today, be sure to wish her well. You may see her at Game On nights here twice a month!

Celebrate Random Acts Of Kindness Week!

This week -- February 11 - 15 -- come and help us spread the kindness!

In the teen room, decorate a bookmark that will be placed in random books being checked out at the front desk. It's an easy way to put a smile on someone's face!

Bookmarks, crayons, and markers can be found on the small round table as soon as you enter the room.

Let's show the community how kind Westhampton teens are!
